ABigImage works just like any other lightbox script, allowing users to embed linked thumbnails on a page, which when clicked expand into a modal window floating above the rest of the page.
Inside the window a higher resolution of the image thumb is displayed, which would normally not fit in the page's layout.
ABigImage can work with one image at a time, or with entire image sets altogether.
A close button and sideways navigational arrows are shown, to easily navigate larger image sets.
Additionally keyboard shortcuts are supported for easily going left and right in the images set.
Clicking outside the modal window will also close the gallery, and a small caption can be displayed at the bottom of the image.
ABigImage modal windows are CSS customizable, and the default plugin package comes with examples and installation instructions.
