What is BDV DataHider

BDV DataHider is software for hiding of data. It can create Secret Storages where you will place your files and folders. Hidden data cannot be found in usual ways.

There are two kinds of Secret Storage.

First kind is File Secret Storage. It may be created in any file.

For example, you may create Secret Storage in SomeProgram.exe and hide several files in it. It will be possible to use SomeProgram.exe as usual (run, copy, send by e-mail etc.), and nobody will know about data hidden in it.

Second kind is Disk Secret Storage. It may be created on NTFS, FAT and FAT32 drives.

For example, you may create Secret Storage on your flash drive and hide there several folders with data. No files or folders will be added to disk structure or changed, so nobody will know about hidden data.

Additional level of protection is encryption. BDV DataHider protecting hidden data with one of six encryption algorithms: Blowfish, Twofish, AES (Rijndael), Mars, Cast-256 or Serpent. These algorithms are world's standards in encryption.

You must keep in your mind, that when you hide some amount of data in a file or disk, it has influence on file size or disk usage. Do not hide too much of data in a little file, because it may looks suspicious.
